Magic Within
This film won a International Award ASIFA under the category 'Award of Excellence for Animation Film International '.
This film is my interpretation of today's World. Knowingly or unknowingly we are constantly taking the Materialistic path to build an image of oneself to portray what we aspire to be; even though the potential lies within us to be who we want to be. All we need to do is believe in the 'magic within us'.

Cursory Rhyme
This project is my attempt to explore the various kinds of material to
build interesting visuals for animation, and also to explore my approach towards animation on a whole. I have focused on using the characteristics of materials to benefit the construction of the character & movement.
It is a story about a little girl based in the far future asking her granny how the flaura & funa was on earth as she has never seen tons of them as they are all getting extinct/extinct.

Nursery Rhymes
Nursery Rhymes
Phoebus Media, India - an animation company - wanted to come up with a nursery rhymes series. Our Task was to develop a look-and-feel for the animation, a Brand for the Nursery rhymes series and an Experience for the audience that they will enjoy and remember.
Design Process:
- A focus-group of toddlers were observed to see what are the things they do in the day/enjoy:
- main activities eat, sleep, play were identified
- we would like the Brand to cover on all these 3 areas by incorporating an activity with each. Innovative branding collateral ideas were suggested:
Velcro Tees, Velcro quilt, stick-on table mats, colour your wallpapers, finger puppets/pencil caps, dolls, Tiffin box, sticker books, paint book with puppets to play, suitcase-pillow a fun stick-on travel mate.
- 2 main ideas were given for the look-and-feel : could be structured around food or toys
-Toys look and feel was chosen and the complete set design and characters were made to look like toys

UNICEF Films
9 Animation films created to introduce today’s generation to the ancient folk tales of Gujarat. The visual styling was based on a tribal art form ‘Gond’. We thought this is an amazing opportunity to expose people, to our dying Indian art forms and at the same time develop creativity & imagination, & freedom of thought [which we might otherwise restrict - like drawing blue sun instead of yellow] is often seen in our traditional art forms. Hence our animations showcased a fusion traditional art mixed with contemporary illustrations.
